On October 23rd, we’re opening things up a little differently at Restaurant Mathes.

For one evening, forget the traditional dinner format. KitchenOpen is all about moving around, discovering, tasting and sharing.

Across six food stations, discover a selection of creations featuring Sturia Caviar, Gillardeau oysters, Carabinero, grilled chilean Wagyu, line-caught sea bass, wild game ragout and a selection of desserts.

And because KitchenOpen is as much about wine as it is about food, Maison Viticole Schmit-Fohl and Winery Jeff Konsbrück will join us for the evening, pouring a selection of 6 wines and 2 Crémants.
